By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
Comuna provides a collaborative project and work management platform.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Users may not violate applicable laws, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with system security, distribute malware, or misuse the platform.
Accounts
To use the Service you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify Comuna immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Fees are billed per user and may be charged monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.
Payments are processed through third party payment providers.
Fees are generally non refundable except where required by law.
User Content
Users may upload or create content such as tasks, files, documents, and comments.
You retain ownership of your content.
By uploading content you grant Comuna a limited license to store, process, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Acceptable Use
Users may not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access accounts without authorization.
Comuna reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
Termination
Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
Comuna may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service.
Upon termination access to the Service may be revoked and user data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law Comuna shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws depending on the user's jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
Changes to Terms
Comuna may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
