This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Comuna regarding the use of the Comuna software platform.

License Grant

Comuna grants you a limited non exclusive non transferable license to access and use the software for internal business or personal use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software.

Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works, or resell the software without authorization.

All intellectual property rights in the software including code, design, features, and trademarks remain the property of Comuna.

Comuna may release updates or improvements to the software which may be automatically applied as part of the Service.

This license terminates automatically if you violate the terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination you must cease using the Service.

The software is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Comuna shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Comuna operates unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
